None of the Council Members-at-Large will have terms ending in 2010 however, there will be an election for three additional Council Members-at-Large in 2010.  The 2011 elections will be to fill four Council Member-at-Large positions.  This process takes ISSX to its new governance structure of seven Council Members-at-Large and four Officers in 2012 and beyond.
