More Information
I have experiences of pharmacokinetics studies, including qualitative and quantitative sample processing, enzyme kinetic assays, transporter assays, HPLC, LC-MS/MS, xenograft of tumor in vivo and animal dosing in vivo.
Currently, I am working at a small Biotech company- Nortis as a Scientist (PostDoc level). Nortis is collaborating with Dr. Ed Kelly for organ-on-chips projects which can be used in studies of drug/chemical biotransformation. I would like to join ISSX to absorb more knowledge of enzyme activation and dug metabolism.
